Objectives and training program
The Space Engineering program aims to train engineers:
- Having in-depth knowledge and skills in the application of satellite technology, including remote sensing technology and positioning technology; programming for mobile devices; big data processing; signal processing, and image processing.
- Have professional ethics and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Highly competitive, and confident enough to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment.
All excellent students will have the opportunity to be funded by leading universities and research institutes in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan to practice for 1 to 3 months in space science and technology.

Career opportunities
Upon graduation, students will be able to:
- Working in software, transportation and service businesses using location technology, big data processing, electronics and telecommunications companies.
- Working for organizations and state agencies that use satellite images and positioning technology such as urban planning, traffic management, environmental management, natural resources, land, forests and islands.
- Further study at graduated schools and research institutes all over the world in the fields of remote sensing, navigation, small satellite development, and space science.
