Congratulations to Truong Le Gia Bao – A fourth-year student of Space Engineering, at International University, who won the silver prize in the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC).
IAAC is an international competition for all young people in the world who have a passion and love for Astronomy and Physics. The competition is divided into 3 rounds: Qualification Round (evaluation round), Pre-final Round (semi-final round), and Final Round (final round). The questions in each round are arranged from easy to difficult, requiring candidates to have a background in astronomy and astrophysics.
“The IAAC competition is a playground to start my passion for Astrophysics. This is also an environment where I can test my astronomical knowledge, and explore and discover new things in this field. The contest gave me a new perspective on astronomy and helped me strengthen my passion. It was a turning point for me to confidently participate in astronomical research projects in the near future.”
